A well reputed company is looking for a hardworking, honest & enthusiast Sales Executive for its Water Chemical Treatment business in Kuwait who has a good track record in industrial chemical water treatment.

He must have extensive knowledge in the Chemical Treatment of Cooling Towers, Boilers, Reverse Osmosis, and Waste Water Treatment etc. Clients will cover Institutional (Hotels, Resorts, Commercial Buildings, and Malls etc.), Food & Beverages (Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Diaries, and Food Processing etc.), Middle Market (Steel, Petrochemical, and Chemical Automobiles etc.), Paper industries etc.

Roles and Responsibilities of Business Development Manager:

  •  Conducting the marketing surveys, exploring the new business opportunities in Kuwait especially in Non-Oil and Gas sectors viz., Institutional, Food and Beverages, Middle market, Paper industries etc.

  • Need to have business acumen and should be completely independent in revenue generation & development. This particular role is a purely sales and business development role hence one who is confident, innovative and independent with complete accountability in getting the new business should take up this role

  • Participate in biddings/tenders, prepare techno-commercial proposals and successfully expand market share in Water treatment business through strategic sales initiatives and effective marketing techniques

  • Conduct regular visits with the customers and be able to document and merchandise the value of your visit

  • Builds contacts with customers, identifies and influences decision makers and managers to add on the business to our company

  • Anticipate the customer needs based on the knowledge of customer processes and operations. Identify the customer needs and propose them our services and chemicals to meet their expectations

  • Need to meet effectively the assigned sales target within the region. Display competency in leading the team and developing strategies for our company

  • Provide technical support to customers, identify and resolve customer complaints and always keep the customer satisfaction levels high to get us extra business based on our current services

  • Fully understand company protocols and procedures to assure quality service to our clients and compliance with applicable regulations/laws in Kuwait and other parts of the world

  • Be highly proactive in getting the new business to company and ensure to have consistent cash flow with good margins
