We are looking for a high-performing Sales Leader for Saudi Arabia that will be based in Riyadh. The successful candidate will meet our clients and revenue growth objectives. This position reports directly to the Business Development & Sales Director for KSA. The Sales Manager responsibilities include developing key growth approach, tactics and action plans to drive Enterprise Customer Acquisition and meet the revenue and client growth objectives for Saudi Arabia. Our company’s Enterprise Solutions offering includes both standard products and engineering services that are built around the latest technologies for RTLS (Real Time Location System), LBS (Location based Systems) and IOT (Internet of Things). We are a young fast growing Saudi based startup technology company. To be successful in this role, you should have previous B2B technology or IT based solutions experience selling Software and/or Hardware and/or Services to IT System integrators, technology reseller and/or large corporations, ideally with leading technology driven solutions. You will use your communication skills to cultivate and qualify business and projects prospects and be the key person of our team that develops strong relationships with our customers from first contact until closing of the deal. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Developing key relationships and acquiring customers in Riyadh region and Saudi Arabia selling Averos’ full suite of products and services

  • Own and hit/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

  • Work with Averos’ Engineering and Sales teams to lead the sales efforts in Saudi Arabia

  • Sales Manager will put together an accounts targets and establish relationships with key stakeholders in each targeted account.

  • Develop and execute an action with the company’s strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the Averos’ client base and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition through proposals and presentations.

  • Responsible for aligning corporate resources and executive involvement as needed.

  • You are a closer. You can lead with complex contract negotiations, lead sales presentations and deliver signed agreements that take Averos to the next level

  • This position is initially an individual contributor role but as our company grows the expectation is for the Sales Manager to assist in hiring, training and developing a core team to help take sales to the next level.

  • Traveling to other regions and cities in Saudi Arabia required, as well as regular trips to Makkah headquarter office.
