recruiting sales executive - Bollore Logistics LLC

The Sales Executive will promote all products, services and solutions and provide customers with comprehensive information of Bolloré Logistics services and requirements.

Develop and manage the relationships with Key Accounts and high value customers to ensure that revenue targets and service levels are achieved.

  • Conducts/ receives calls and follows up on the existing ones to identify new revenue opportunities and maintain existing accounts.

  • Implements business plans, SLA’s, monitoring and exploring opportunities throughout the year, and reporting progress at predefined intervals to key stakeholders.

  • Positions and develops the various market segments and position Bollore as one of the key players.

  • Maintains close contact with internal sales support, sales, trade lane managers and operational staff for picking up lead and do joint sales calls.

  • Reviews and analyses business performance / potentials.

  • Provides recommendations on credit limits after analysing the business performance / potentials.

  • Builds and maintains relationships and regular contacts with Key customers to ensure that the information is formulated and disseminated such as changes in schedules to ensure that their requirements are met in a timely manner.

  • Deals and solves all grievances through service recovery, repeat business, investigation and fault rectification in line with the policies and SLA with Key accounts.

  • Analyses performance data vs. revenue targets to provide recommendations to the Management.

  • Coordinate various activities to ensure high levels of customer service.

  • Communicate effectively with the corporate network.

  • Providing support and guidance to global teams to implement different projects locally.

  • Tailoring, implementing and developing operation solutions to fit customer requirements.

  • Enhance the customer base for the organization by visiting corporate and individual client.
