CRM Specialist (Female – Arabic)
Salary: AED 12,000
Location: Dubai, UAE


Department: Marketing and Planning Division
Reporting to: Senior Marketing Manager


JOB PURPOSE:
This role main responsibilities will like in the planning and execution of agreed CRM activities and customer engagement programs across the middle east and north Africa. This role will be the key contact person for each market manager to develop, design and implement local CRM activities suited to the characteristics of each market and each customer segments. As part of the marketing department, this role will be required to coordinates and implements marketing & communications projects that are being assigned to by the department manager. Those tasks might include, but not limited to, Event Management, Advertising, Brand Awareness Activities and Brand Activations in the territories managed by company based on clear understanding of the company’s overall strategy and direction and the expected KPIs of the marketing division as all.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
• Work closely with marketing members to plan and execute all planned CRM campaigns.
• Work closely with marketing department manager for status updates and tasks delegation and support.
• Development works and upgrades suggestion and execution with external IT CRM supplier.
• Integration planning of CRM related plug-ins.
• Customer Engagement Activity Plan preparation and negotiation with internal stakeholder.
• Weekly and Monthly reports and analytics on the total CRM performance, customer group status and interactions.
• Ensure suppliers payments, contracts and documents to process on time and within due dates.
• Coordinate and monitor CRM events timeline and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support other marketing team in their regional activations. This could include travel within the region to accomplish marketing goals

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY:
• Loyalty Program and Value Proposition
• Customer Engagement Plans
• CRM Activities Plan & Execution
• Customer Conversion Plans

KPI:
• Support in creating overall customer engagement plans across targeted countries.
• Drive Total CRM Database Management and actively purpose CRM Activities.
• Monitor Customer Engagement with CRM activities.
• Promote Customer Value Proposition through creative promotions.
• Manage new program roll outs in the region while working with various teams.
• Database creation and maintenance, which include prospects information’s


CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES:
• Design of New CRM Experiment Campaigns
• Customer Segmentations specific activities.
• Direct and In-Direct Customer Outreach
• Personalized niche group marketing through CRM.


KPI:
• Contribute to Design of Experiment for Direct Customer Outreach activities in the region
• Recommend target customer segments for regional campaigns and work with teams to execute campaigns.
• Support CRM team in execution of Direct Customer Outreach activities in region and globally where required
• Identify problem areas & customer segments and suggest engagement activities in key countries.
• Collaboration with regional teams
• Work with local marketing teams to plan and launch Members / consumer promos
• Work with local marketing teams to integrate CRM in generic marketing activities


VENDOR MANAGEMENT & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:
• IT Agency briefing
• Development Team Delivery Timeline
• Budget control & implementation timeline.
• Local Implementation with company Distributors

KPI:
• Closely monitor and share Monthly CRM KPI’s to regional business and marketing stakeholders.
• Vendor Assessment & Evaluation on monthly basis.
• Technology Supplier introduction & Plug-ins improvements.
• Follow up on payments to vendors
• Work closely with company’s local distributors in new market to introduce CRM integration.
• POS Development and CRM integration on offline-level
