recruiting CRM/ Customer Relationship Management Executive (AUTOMOTIVE)

1. Attend to customer contacts and resolve queries, issues & complains.

2. Followup calls (Sales & after sales) to provide resolution to customers.

3. Sales Lead followup process.

4. Customer complaint handling.

5. Maintain high customer satisfaction and promote company reputation by ensuring all complaints logged in, escalated, customer contacted and updated on resolution. 

6. Record and update own MIS on areas such a s customer contacts, sales opportunities.

7. Update and maintain customer database in relevant system.

8. Comply with brand policies and guidelines. 

9. Support CRM- Marketing department at events.

10. Work with CRM team for market research and analysis.
