recruiting Campaign Management System Administrator - VIVA – Kuwait Telecom Company K.L.L

  • Responsible for designing new campaigns and managing all the logistics related to the launch (Ex: text, CC communication, channels alignment), in addition to maintaining existing campaigns and updating the business aspects and redesigning the flow if necessary.

  • Handle all inquiries/complaints related to the Campaign Management System.

  • Campaigns monthly Dashboard / channel performance and Assessment: Owner of the CMS monthly dashboard in addition to monitor the performance of the newly created and current campaigns by running queries and reports directly from the database and provide reports for performance in order to conduct the necessary daily, weekly and monthly analysis and rise red flags if any.

  • Data and campaign Sanity check: Monitor campaign management system performance by conducting daily Sanity checks for all outgoing and activations and raise flags for ECRM team in case of any system failure, Apply weekly Data sanity checks to ensure the BI data accuracy, in addition they are responsible for coordinating with DWH team to add any new required data fields to the CMS tables from the sources.

  • Coordinate with CMS manager/supervisor to adjust, Stop, add campaigns to improve campaigns incremental value.

  • Working with CMS team to monitor continuous detailed analysis that covers (customer behavior, channels efficiency, churn, ARPU and predictive analysis) to be able to launch campaigns to retain the customers, target them with the most efficient channels, forecast what will they be interested in and will help monitor the overall performance in terms of ARPU and base movement.

  • Working closely with analytics team to have analytically driven campaign management

  • Use and enhance end-to-end campaign management system to

  • Create automated, trackable, easy-to-repeat targeted campaigns

  • Define selection criteria and rules of campaigns in line with business objectives and priorities

  • Use multiple methods for campaign and component testing, plus analytically based clustering, segmentation, modeling and priority optimization

  • Addresses every aspect of managing customer data – from extract, transform, load (ETL) to data quality

  • Use/modify SQL scripts if there is a need of manual intervention in the campaign management system or DWH.
